1. Who we are
Sweeply ("Sweeply", "we", "us", "our") provides a customer relationship management application for cleaning businesses, available on the Apple App Store and through our website at sweeplyapp.online. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at sustenablet@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate Sweeply and provide a great service.
- Waitlist data. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the page or campaign source you signed up from.
- Account data. Once Sweeply launches, account creation will collect your name, email, and (optionally) phone number and business name.
- Business data you enter. Client contact details, jobs, schedules, invoices, expenses, notes, and any files you upload. This belongs to you — we only process it on your behalf.
- Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Device & usage data. Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and basic usage analytics to keep Sweeply stable and improve features.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve Sweeply.
- To send service-related emails (account, billing, security notices, launch updates).
- To respond to your support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your client data with advertisers or use it to train shared AI models.
4. Service providers we use
To run Sweeply, we share limited information with trusted vendors who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality:
- Cloud hosting & database — securely stores your account and business data.
- Payment processing — Apple and/or Stripe handle subscription billing.
- Email delivery — sends transactional and waitlist emails.
- Analytics & crash reporting — aggregated, non-identifying app metrics.
5. Data retention and account deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing sustenablet@gmail.com. We will permanently delete your account and associated business data within 30 days of the request, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, invoices for tax purposes).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK, California, Brazil), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format (CSV).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.

7. Age requirement
Sweeply is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at sustenablet@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and audit logging — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Sweeply after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
