Terms of service

Last updated: April 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sweeply ("Sweeply", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using Sweeply (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The service

Sweeply is a customer relationship management application built for cleaning businesses. It includes scheduling, client management, invoicing, expense tracking, team coordination, and related features delivered through the iOS app and our website.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at sustenablet@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Sweeply offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current pricing is on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, automatically renew at the end of each period, and continue until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from inside the App Store subscriptions screen (for in-app purchases) or from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • If we change pricing, we'll give you reasonable notice before changes take effect on your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Sweeply for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or copy the Service except as expressly allowed.
  • Send spam, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or other users.

6. Your data and content

You own all client information, jobs, invoices, and other content you put into Sweeply ("Your Content"). You grant Sweeply a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to enter and use Your Content in Sweeply.

7. Intellectual property

Sweeply and all related software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Sweeply and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk for Sweeply or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete or return Your Content as described in our privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweeply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Sweeply in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Sweeply against claims, losses, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Apple-specific terms

If you obtain Sweeply through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Sweeply, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to provide support for the Service. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sweeply operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
